As confirmed by football insider Fabrizio Romano, the 24-year-old Villarreal academy graduate arrives in Lombardy on a five-year contract that will see the legendary Italian club part ways with €20m as well as a potential €8m in add-ons.

Chukwueze has been a mainstay at Estadio de la Cerámica over the last five seasons while also helping the club secure its first-ever major honor after winning the 2020-21 Europa League under Unai Emery.
It is the seventh signing of the summer by Milan, who have done exceptionally well to turn the cash received by the sale of Italian international midfielder Sandro Tonali to Newcastle United into a cadre of incomings meant to retool the senior squad in order to contend on both the domestic and continental front.
Along with Chukwueze, Milan has welcomed Chelsea pair Christian Pulisic and Ruben Loftus-Cheek to northern Italy as well as AZ Alkmaar standout Tijjani Reijnders, RB Salzburg striker Noah Okafor, Lazio’s Luka Romero, and Atalanta’s Marco Sportiello.
