The 22-year-old had a solid 2022/23 season and has attracted interest from several clubs, with the Turkish outfit thought to want more than €20m for his services.
Arsenal could do with reinforcements at right-back this summer as Ben White, a natural centre-back, is currently Mikel Arteta’s go-to choice in his back-four.
Now though, the north Londoners have been credited with an interest in a second player from the Turkish side.
Turkish journalist Yagiz Sabuncuoglu reports that Arsenal are reportedly one of the clubs eyeing up the potential transfer of Galatasaray defender Victor Nelsson.
Arsenal could be up against the likes of Tottenham, Sevilla, Atalanta and Borussia Dortmund for the signing of Nelsson, but it seems his preference is to move to the Premier League and La Liga is his second choice, which would hand Arsenal and their London rivals Spurs an advantage.
