The Xavi revolution currently taking hold at Barcelona in the wake of his return to Catalunya has been one of the stories of the season in Europe during the 2021-22 campaign, but the Spanish giants are not lining up a move for Argentine star Paulo Dybala to add to the ranks under the legendary midfielder.
Dybala is all but guaranteed to leave Juventus this summer after the former US Palermo and Instituto AC forward failed to agree to a new contract with the Serie A giants.
But despite looking for greener pastures next season, and being linked with the likes of Italian rivals Inter Milan whilst Tottenham director of football Fabio Paratici too aims to bring him to north London under Antonio Conte, Barcelona are not one of the cadre of clubs across Europe that will be looking to secure Dybala’s services during the upcoming summer window.

Instead, Barcelona could seriously consider a move for Borussia Dortmund starlet Erling Haaland and make the Norwegian goal machine the key accent point on a youthful reinvigoration program at the Camp Nou, which would certainly please La Masia graduate Pedri, who has called for Haaland to come to Spain.

Though Paulo Dybala is set for an exit from the Allianz Stadium in the summer, the 28-year-old Laguna Larga-native is adamant about finishing his time in Turin on a high note.
Dybala has reaffirmed his willingness to give his all in Turin, and some of that unquestionably will revolve around putting himself in the shop window, especially if Inter Milan make good on their interest in a move that could see him become the long-term partner of Argentine teammate Lautaro Martínez, with the least amount of adjustment involved for the player.
