Premier League outfit Everton are ‘keen’ on the signing of a headline member of the first-team setup at Leeds United, according to reports.
An outflux of talent, of course, is widely predicted at Elland Road over the weeks and months ahead.
This comes after Leeds’ efforts to stave off relegation from England’s top-flight came up short.
Staring a season in The Championship square in the face, a number of the Whites’ more high-profile stars are therefore expected to seek summer exits from the club.
And one club eager to take advantage of the imminent availability of such players, as alluded to above, comes in the form of Everton.
As per a report from transfer insider Gianluca Di Marzio, the powers that be at Goodison Park have set their sights on the addition of Wilfried Gnonto.
Little further information is provided, but it now remains to be seen just how much the Leeds brass are set to demand for a player who showcased flashes of unquestionable brilliance across his first season in England.

Interestingly, Gnonto is not the first Leeds winger whom Everton have been credited with an interest in ahead of the summer, with the Toffees also understood to be keeping a close eye on the situation of Jack Harrison.
