Premier League outfit Everton have, on Friday night, unveiled the latest addition to the club’s first-team ranks.
The player to have taken his talents to Goodison Park with a view to the new campaign? Neal Maupay.
It had of course long been common knowledge that hitman Maupay had been added to the transfer wishlist on the blue half of Merseyside.
This comes amid an ongoing shake-up across Frank Lampard’s frontline.
Star man Richarlison, of course, has already sealed a move to Tottenham this summer, with Anthony Gordon too potentially in line to take his talents to London, amid intense pressure on the part of Chelsea.

Add to this the ongoing fitness woes of striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin, and it is not difficult to understand exactly why the transfer team at Goodison sought out fresh blood up top.
The Frenchman, who has arrived on Merseyside on the back of a successful spell with Brighton & Hove Albion, has put pen to paper on a contract with the Toffees through the summer of 2025.
The move is understood to have set Everton back a sum in the region of £15 million.
✍️ | @nealmaupay18 has completed a move from Brighton & Hove Albion for an undisclosed fee, signing a three-year contract until the end of June 2025 with an option of a further year.
