The player in question is N’Golo Kante of Chelsea.
Kante joined the Blues in 2016 after his key role in Leicester City’s shocking title triumph.
Kante went on to cement a legacy as one of the best defensive midfielders in Europe, helping Chelsea win everything single trophy available to them, including the Premier League and Champions League.
However, years of injuries have caught up with the Frenchman and with Chelsea looking to overturn their current squad, there is likely little room for the 31-year-old.
Kante has made just two appearances this term so far, but that is largely down to injury.
Despite this, a number of clubs are interested in the former Leicester man heading into the summer when his contract is up.
The report states that AC and Inter Milan, Juventus and PSG have all spoken to Kante.
However, Fabrizio Romano recently reported that Kante was close to securing a new contract with Chelsea and that Kante loves the club and his priority has always been to stay at Chelsea.
