A fresh update on the future of Chelsea star and known AC Milan target Hakim Ziyech has been provided on Saturday evening.
As reported by a whole host of reliable sources over the course of the last couple of weeks, Ziyech has been made available for transfer this summer.
Milan, in dire need of reinforcements on the right flank ahead of the defence of their Scudetto title, are therefore understood to have set their sights firmly on the signature of the Moroccan international.
Talks, in turn, have long been kicked into gear between the transfer team at the San Siro and Ziyech’s representatives, with the player himself understood to be open to the move.

And now, as alluded to above, a fresh update on the situation has been provided.
The info comes courtesy of Daniele Longo of Italian outlet Calciomercato, who points towards fresh contact being made with Chelsea on the part of Milan over the last 24 hours.
According to Longo, this standstill was owing to a disagreement over the structure of a deal, with Milan keen to land Ziyech on loan, and Chelsea eyeing a permanent sale.
With talks now firmly back underway, though, optimism is mounting that an agreement will ultimately be struck to satisfy all three parties ahead of the new campaign.
