The player in question is Ansu Fati of FC Barcelona.
Fati has been linked with a move away from Barcelona this summer and it appears that the player has been offered to Premier League giants Arsenal as per Spanish outlet, Fichajes.
Little information is given over any potential fee or if other players will be involved. But the report does add that the Gunners are yet to respond to the option of signing the Spaniard, and it remains to be seen how the situation develops.
Reports elsewhere have claimed that Fati is actually heading to Wolves in a move that would see Ruben Neves make his way to the Camp Nou.
Fati has notched 107 appearances for Barcelona’s first-team. In said games, he has scored 26 and assisted 10.
The youngster has, however, been hampered in his development by some long-term injuries at such a young age.
