Watching players develop on loan and assessing whether they are ready for the first team is one of the biggest things done at the top Premier League sides, but it can be hard to keep track of where all the hottest prospects are. Fortunately, we’ve done the hard work.

101 takes a look at how Liverpool’s on-loan stars got on.

Rhys Williams

Rhys Williams played 90 minutes in the heart of Blackpool’s defence but could not prevent the Tangerines from falling to a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Stoke City.

Tyler Morton

Morton came on as an 89th minute substitute with his side already 3-0 up in what was a comfortable win for Blackburn Rovers.

Conor Bradley

Conor Bradley played 80 minutes as a right-wing back as Bolton Wanderers ran out 3-0 winners over Wycombe Wanderers to move them joint second in League One.

James Balagizi

Balazigi played 90 minutes in the heart of the Crawley Town midfield, but could not prevent them falling to a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Leyton Orient, which has left Crawley joint bottom of the table after two games.

Adam Lewis

Leighton Clarkson

Midfielder Leighton Clarkson got on the scoresheet for Aberdeen, coming on in the 12th minute and notching his side’s third goal of the game on the stroke of half time, as they went on to beat St Mirren 4-1.
