The player in question is Ruben Neves of Wolves.
A report from the Spanish outlet SPORT claims that the Premier League trio of Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool are keen on signing him.
Neves himself, though, is said to be keen on a move to Barcelona this summer.
Neves has made a total of 250 appearances for Wolves since joining back in 2017 from FC Porto. In said games, he has scored 30 and assisted 13.
But as he enters the final year of his contract, clubs are looking at the possibility of snapping Neves up when the Premier League season ends in a cut-price deal.
No fee is mentioned in the report from SPORT, but it is expected Wolves will not be able to demand too much for the midfielder in negotiations with Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal or any other potential suitor.
