Tottenham winger Manor Solomon has described himself as “ready to go to the biggest levels again” after joining Championship side Leeds United on loan for the rest of the 2024-25 season.
Spurs signed Solomon, who scored against Leeds while he was on loan at Fulham the previous season, on a free transfer in July 2023.
The 25-year-old made six appearances before requiring surgery on a knee injury in October and suffering a setback during his rehabilitation that kept him out for the remainder of the campaign.
“I had a really tough season last season,” Manor told LUTV. “But now I am fit and I’m ready to go, I’m ready to show myself again.
“I’m ready to go back to the biggest levels again and hopefully we’ll have a great season here at Leeds. We have one goal and everyone knows our goal. Hopefully we’ll do it together.”

Leeds United ‘massive’
Israel international Solomon called Leeds “massive” and said he was “really happy” to have joined them from his Premier League parent club, having spoken to Whites manager Daniel Farke.
“As soon as the interest from Leeds came, I started to look for the players, for the coach,” he said. “I’ve spoken with the manager and he explained to me about the style of playing, about the players that there are in Leeds.
“I know there is a group of great lads, young people with great desire, with great techniques. I’m looking forward to playing with them and helping them in the best way I can. I just want to get going.”
Leeds lost to Southampton in last season’s play-off final as their bid for an immediate return to the Premier League failed at the last hurdle.

Leeds news: Solomon signs
Farke was forced to name two goalkeepers on the bench for his side’s first Championship victory of the season on Friday, beating Sheffield Wednesday 2-0 away.
They have drawn with Portsmouth and West Brom either side of a surprisingly one-sided 3-0 EFL Cup first-round exit at home to Middlesbrough.
The club said their move for Solomon had succeeded because of their “deliberate strategy of remaining patient in the transfer window”, adding that he “only became available in recent days”.
Solomon won the Ukrainian Premier League three times and the Ukrainian Cup and Ukrainian Super Cup once each during his time with Shakhtar Donetsk between 2019 and 2023.
He produced two assists in Spurs’ 5-2 win over Burnley last season and scored in five consecutive games for Fulham between February and March 2023.

Leeds transfers 2024-25
Solomon’s switch is the latest deal between Leeds and Spurs following Archie Gray’s move to Tottenham for between £30m and £40m in July, with Joe Rodon going in the opposite direction in a separate transfer reportedly worth around £10m.
Midfielder Joe Rothwell is on loan from Bournemouth, while Leeds have made permanent moves for goalkeeper Alex Cairns from Salford City, full-back Jayden Bogle from Sheffield United and winger Largie Ramazani from Almeria.
