Manuel Ugarte looks set to make a big step in his career to one of Europe’s top five leagues.
Following a very impressive season with Sporting CP, he is being targeted by several major clubs.
Chelsea and PSG are the two with the strongest interest at this time and both are willing to pay his release caluse.
Ugarte prefers Chelsea over PSG

Ugarte prefers a move to Chelsea over PSG, according to Record Portugal.
Both clubs have informed Sporting that they will offer his release clause, however, the midfielder wants to move to the Premier League.
His release clause stands at €60 million.
They have offered the €60 million plus another €5 million in bonuses and David Datro Fofana on loan.
Ugarte could then partner Enzo Fernandez next season in what could be a very young, exciting midfield.
