Nottingham Forest have submitted official proposals for two members of the first-team setup at Premier League rivals Manchester United, according to reports.
First up, unsurprisingly, comes a fresh offer for Dean Henderson.
Shot-stopper Henderson, of course, spent last season on loan at the City Ground, playing a key role for Forest until a thigh injury left him sidelined for the 2nd half of the campaign.
The powers that be in Nottingham, though, have long made clear their intention to bring the 26-year-old back to the club, with a bid for his services, on Friday, having been forthcoming.
As per transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the proposal in question would see Henderson link up with Steve Cooper’s troops on a loan basis once more.

And, should the Old Trafford hierarchy ultimately agree to such terms, Henderson could soon be joined at the City Ground by a current teammate in Manchester.
Wide-man Elanga has been hotly tipped for a departure from the Theatre of Dreams this summer, after finding consistent game time tough to come by under the watch of new boss Erik ten Hag in 2022/23.
Forest, alongside Everton, have in turn been named as a potential destination for the Swede in the media.
And, on Friday, the Reds have made their move, tabling a bid to bring him to Nottingham on a permanent basis.
