Another in a long list of exceptionally bright French talents could be set to make a big summer move after both French giants Paris Saint-Germain and Bundesliga upstarts RB Leipzig are monitoring a potential move for French U21 forward Bradley Barcola.
Reports from football insider Fabrizio Romano detail a growing interest in the Olympique Lyonnais starlet and academy graduate after a sensational breakout 2022-23 Ligue 1 season in the Rhône Valley.

Barcola, who is under contract at Groupama Stadium for another three seasons and currently valued at around €18m per Transfermarkt, hit five goals and added 9 assists in Ligue 1 last season in just ~1,400 minutes of action while showing his tactical versatility after being deployed on either flank as well as at center-forward.
The 20-year-old Lyon-born forward has also started well for the French U21′s, hitting two goals across his first five caps for Les Blues.
Despite Barcola recently committing his future to OL, reports from Get French Football detail precisely why the club could be set to lose yet another bright academy graduate on the back of the need to raise funds this summer in order to “pass their hearing with French football’s financial watchdog, the DNCG.”
