As per Football Insider, West Ham captain Declan Rice has verbally agreed personal terms with Arsenal ahead of a potential summer move.
FI add that the situation remains changeable, but Rice has said ‘yes’ to the Arsenal project and the club’s proposal – and wants to remain in London.
That bit of news seemingly puts an end to any hope German champions Bayern Munich have of landing the England star.
And as Arsenal and Bayern were the two clubs showing an interest in Rice this summer, it looks very likely he will now be on his way to Arsenal.
Chelsea have previously been touted as a potential destination for the Hammers skipper, but the Blues now look to be focusing their efforts towards signing Brighton midfielder, Moises Caicedo.
But despite verbally agreeing to a move, it is reported that a fee for the 24-year-old is yet to be agreed by Arsenal and West Ham.
