Bellingham joined Dortmund in 2020 from Birmingham and has since proven himself as one of the best young talents in world football.
The 19-year-old has put on countless displays well beyond his years, including on several occasions in the Champions League.
Bellingham is an excellent box-to-box option and would likely fit perfectly into most Premier League midfields.
However, after already selling Erling Haaland to Manchester City this summer, BVB did not want to let another top star go, with Bellingham staying put this year.
But when the 2023 summer transfer window rolls around, there is expected to be a fight to land the former Birmingham man.
One of those clubs, in the opinion of BT Sport pundit Joleon Lescot, should be Arsenal.
“I think Arsenal are doing fantastic but it’s also about the salary; this is why other Premier League and La Liga clubs can offer different kind of contract,” Romano explained.
“Liverpool, Chelsea, Man City, Man United and of course Real Madrid really want him.”
