Revealed: Chelsea’s asking price for Romelu Lukaku

Romelu Lukaku is expected to join the long list of players exiting Chelsea this summer.

The Belgian has spent the last season and a half on loan at Inter Milan.

The Italian club are now working to sign him on a permanent basis once again…

Chelsea are asking for £40 million for Romelu Lukaku, according to the Evening Stanard.

The Blues have so far rejected two offers from Inter Milan, who are planning to make a third.

The Italian club’s latest offer was an obligation to buy him for £21 million next summer.

Although, he is hoping talks over a move to Inter will have advanced significantly before then.

Lukaku is even willing to take a hit on wages to ensure he returns to Italy next season.

Last season, the 30-year-old netted 14 goals in 37 appearances for the Nerazzurri.
