Chelsea are growing in confidence over beating Arsenal to the signing of Mykhailo Mudryk, according to the Telegraph.
The Blues believe that they can outbid their London rivals to land the 22-year-old.
Although prior to negotiating a deal with Shakhtar, Todd Boehly wants assurances from the player that he would prefer a move to west London.
Meanwhile, the Gunners are adamant that they will not be drawn into a bidding war for the winger.
João Félix is another player they want to sign and are ready to step up their pursuit of the Portuguese forward.
Ideally, the north Londoners still want both players.
