Man City’s rejected opening bid
Manchester City’s opening bid for Declan Rice has been rejected, according to David Ornstein.
City’s offer was £80 million plus £10 million in add-ons.
West Ham were left unimpressed by the offer and quickly rejected it.
The Hammers are holding out for £100 million although that could change given two teams are now seriously bidding.

Arsenal’s focus now is just on agreeing a deal with West Ham, according to Ben Jacobs.
