Chelsea are closing in on yet another sale taking the total to six.
A deal has been agreed for Ruben Loftus-Cheek to join AC Milan.
The midfielder is not part of Mauricio Pochettino’s plans and his 19 years at Chelsea are over.

AC Milan have agreed a permanent deal to sign Ruben Loftus-Cheek, reports Fabrizio Romano.
The deal with Chelsea is worth €16 million plus €4 million in add-ons.
Just the final details need to be sorted and the 27-year-old will then undergo a medical.
Despite the Italian being sacked, the Rossoneri opted to continue to push ahead with plans to get him.
He will replace Sandro Tonali who has agreed to join Newcastle United.
Edouard Mendy and Hakim Ziycech will likely be the next to leave Stamford Bridge.
