The Blues have been working on a deal for weeks and look to have eventually got their man.
Thomas Tuchel’s side are in desperate need of a striker and the 33-year-old looks set to fill that gap in their squad.

Relevo report that Chelsea and Barcelona are now on the verge of reaching an agreement for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
The west London club are expected to pay €16 million and Marcos Alonso.
