The Blues spent over £600m this season, including more than £300m in January, on the likes of Enzo Fernandez for a British transfer record of £106.8m.
However, despite all the new signings, it was reported last month that Todd Boehly and Clearlake are ready to sanction another spending spree for next season, with a new goalkeeper and striker high on the agenda. They could also target a midfielder and another central defender.
To fund this spree, though, a number of players are going to have to leave the club.
And now, a report from Fichajes claims that Chelsea want to sign Joao Felix permanently and they are hoping to bring Declan Rice back to Stamford Bridge as well.
Chelsea have now put up five first-team players for sale so that they can fund the incomings of Felix and Rice.
Said players are Kalidou Koulibaly, Hakim Ziyech, Christian Pulisic, Conor Gallagher and Mason Mount.
