Manchester United are desperately trying to reinforce their midfield in the final week of the window.

Erik ten Hag’s midfield has shown a real need for new signings and one of the players being targeted is Sofyan Amrabat.

The Morrocan was one of the star performers at last winter’s World Cup and he is hoping to finally secure his big move.

Manchester United-Amrabat latest

Manchester United are unable to commit to making an offer for Sofyan Amrabat, according to LabaroViolaNews.

Erik ten Hag had promised the player that United would make an offer to sign him.

But no bid has yet arrived from any club, including United, with no outgoings causing the hold-up.

Amrabat is eager to leave Fiorentina and has lots of interest, with talks taking place, but no actual offers as of yet.

Fiorentina are looking for €30 million in order to sell the 27-year-old.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Amrabat is not training with the Italian club and is still waiting for United’s offer.
