Manchester United signed Mason Mount from Chelsea for £55m a few weeks ago.

Mount can play in a number of positions for Man United, able to provide cover for their three attacking midfielders whilst also likely dropping in to partner Casemiro in the pivot.

However, it seems Manchester United still want to strengthen their midfield this summer – perhaps due to Fred being linked with a switch to Fulham.

Now, according to the Manchester Evening News, Manchester United have two midfielders on their radar this summer in the form of Sofyan Amrabat and Romeo Lavia.

It is added that Fiorentina star Amrabat is currently considered the more realistic of the two options.

The MEN add that Man United could also raise around £30m from selling Scott McTominay, which could prove key in determining what they do in midfield this summer.
