The Merseyside club have held well-advanced talks with the player over a move.
The 19-year-old is set to inform Borussia Dortmund that he is ready to leave Germany after the World Cup.
He is one of two midfielders that Jürgen Klopp is hoping to sign, with the German coach insisting on Liverpool adding the current BVB man.
All the signs are now looking good for Bellingham to make the big switch to Anfield ahead of Real Madrid.
