Pavard joined Bayern Munich from Stuttgart in 2019 and has since been a key figure in their side as they dominated the Bundesliga and won the Champions League in 2020.
However, reports recently claimed that Pavard is looking for a fresh challenge.
No transfer fee has been mentioned, but the Frenchman will have just one year left on his Bayern contract at the end of this month, suggesting he will be available for a reduced fee.
And now, an insight into the teams Pavard would be willing to join has been revealed:
“Liverpool and Pavard. They talked with the agents but have never been concrete with the club and that’s also the positions of the other clubs. There aren’t many clubs which are of interest to Pavard. There was and is Barca, there’s Liverpool, Chelsea, then if City are on the table, City too,” Christian Falk revealed to CaughtOffside.
Pavard began his career at centre-back and still plays there fairly regularly for Bayern. However, he is also an excellent right-back. This would make him a great option for all of the aforementioned sides, especially Liverpool as they need cover for Trent Alexander-Arnold.
