Tottenham have submitted an opening offer for Nicolò Zaniolo, however, it was rejected by Roma.

The Italian club could lose the 23-year-old following the arrival of Paulo Dybala.

Antonio Conte and Fabio Paratici both want to bring the midfielder to north London.

Spurs make Zaniolo offer

According to CalcioMercato.it, Spurs’ offer was £25 million plus Joe Rodon.

Jose Mourinho’s team informed them that they will only accept just cash and no counterparts.

The north London club are looking for a new attacking midfielder.

The Roma midfielder made 42 appearances in all competitions last season.

He managed 8 goals and 9 assists helping Roma to a 6th place finish in Serie A and to be crowned winners of the Europa Conference League.

However, the 23-year-old has already suffered two ACL injuries during his short career, which could be a cause for concern.
