Tottenham Hotspur and Borussia Dortmund are interested in signing Kamada, according to BILD.
Both clubs have added the 26-year-old to their list of targets.
The north London club are particularly interested in him and have started putting out feelers regarding a deal.
The German club have offered him a new contract in the hopes of keeping him.
However, with many top clubs circling, it seems unlikely that he will agree to a new deal.
