An update on the wellbeing of Liverpool star Alisson has been provided, late on Saturday evening.
For those who may have missed it, shot-stopper Alisson set pulses racing across the Liverpool fanbase 24 hours ago.
This came after word was forthcoming in the media that the 30-year-old had suffered an injury.
Whilst taking part in training with Brazil, Alisson was forced into a premature departure, owing to a problem with his finger.
Fears, in turn, quickly spread that the former AS Roma standout had suffered a fracture, potentially placing him on the sidelines for several months.

And his ensuing absence for Brazil’s friendly meeting with Guinea tonight only served in adding to such concerns.
And the news will no doubt give rise to a collective sigh of relief spreading across the Liverpool fanbase.
This comes amid claims, by way of Brazilian outlet Globo, that Alisson has in fact suffered a dislocation, not a fracture.
The goalkeeper, as a result, should be ready to return to action in a matter of weeks.
Alisson does not have a broken finger, it is only displacement according to reports. Which means the recovery should just take a few weeks.
