The Nigerian has been instrumental in Napoli lifting their first Serie A title since 1990.
Osimhen is the top scorer in the division having netted 22 goals so far this season.
Such fine form has caught the eye of a number of clubs, including Manchester United and Chelsea.
Both sides are in desperate need of a no.9 this summer, with Osimhen a great fit for the pair.
Osimhen himself is also seemingly keen to move clubs at some point.
Earlier this season, the striker revealed his desire to one day play in England:
Napoli chief De Laurentiis has, however, made it clear that he has no intention of letting Osimhen leave this summer, regardless of how much interest there is from across Europe:
“I will not sell Victor Osimhen this summer – no way,” he told Rai Sport.
