Arsenal are returning to the United States this summer as they prepare for the 2023/24 season and their long-awaited return to the Champions League.
Arsenal have a friendly against Nurnberg before they kick-off their tour of the United States with a game against the MLS All-Stars on July 19. The All-Stars will be coached by current DC United boss Wayne Rooney.
Arsenal will then travel to New York where they will play Manchester United. The Gunners then head to Los Angeles where they will take on Barcelona at SoFi Stadium, the home of owner Stan Kroenke’s LA Rams. Their final warm-up game comes at home against AS Monaco in the Emirates Cup.
Now, ahead of their pre-season getting underway, Gunners star Thomas Partey has been spotted putting in extra work ahead of his return to Arsenal for pre-season training.
Reports have stated that there were concerns amongst the Arsenal hierarchy regarding Partey’s drop off in form and performances, which sparked speculation that he could be sold this summer.
But Partey is clearly keen on getting up to speed quickly ahead of pre-season training after he was spotted putting in extra work during his holidays:
