Jude Bellingham is set to be one of the hottest commodities in the 2023 summer transfer window.
After Enzo Fernandez signed for Chelsea in January for £106.4m, it is expected that Borussia Dortmund will look for a figure well north of this given how impressive Bellingham has been for both club and country in the last few years.
However, it does not appear as though Bellingham will be partnering Fernandez in the centre of Chelsea’s midfield.
The Blues have already spent in excess of £600m in two transfer windows under Todd Boehley, breaking records for most money spent in a single summer and winter window in the process.
Chelsea signed eight players during January and a similar number this past summer. And now, according to German outlet Bild, Jude Bellingham and his representatives have ruled out a summer move to Chelsea due to their erratic spending.
This likely leaves Manchester City, Manchester United, Real Madrid and perhaps Liverpool as viable destinations for the Englishman.
