Liverpool star Trent Alexander-Arnold has taken to social media late on Saturday evening, to provide his response to the club’s latest alarming defeat.
Jurgen Klopp’s troops, of course, were back in action earlier today.
Fresh off defeat at the hands of Brentford and an ensuing stalemate with relegation-battling Wolverhampton Wanderers, the Reds made the trip to England’s south coast, eyeing a bounce-back result in a Premier League meeting with Brighton & Hove Albion.
When all was said and done, however, the concerning situation on the red half of Merseyside only continued to worsen.
This came as a Solly March double was followed by a late Danny Welbeck strike, en route to an eventual 3-0 Brighton triumph.

On the back of the full-time whistle bringing a close to proceedings at the Amex Stadium, it should, in turn, come as little surprise to hear of the Liverpool faithful being absolutely up in arms.
And now, as alluded to above, one such individual has moved to provide his response.
Taking to his official Twitter account late on Saturday night, Trent Alexander-Arnold has sent a direct message to his side’s loyal fanbase, adamant that better is to come:
This isn’t good enough. We need to do better, and we will. pic.twitter.com/zQIX1rzIqu
