Manchester United loanee Amad Diallo took his place centre stage on Saturday evening, as Sunderland secured what could prove to be a vital victory over Luton Town.
Wide-man Amad, as expected, was afforded his latest starting berth a short time ago.
This came as Sunderland welcomed the aforementioned Luton to the Stadium of Light, for the first-leg of the Championship playoff semi-final between the clubs.
It was visitors Luton who went on to open the scoring in the clash, Elijah Adebayo finishing from close range with ten minutes on the clock:
