As a result, whilst the title is already all but gone, the Gunners had to beat Chelsea to ensure they remained in the title race.
Chelsea, meanwhile, have completely collapsed under Frank Lampard and sit just nine points above the relegation zone.
So, an Arsenal win was expected on Tuesday. At the time of writing, the Gunners are leading 1-0 thanks to Martin Odegaard.
It is fair to say that Arsenal have been completely dominant, with Chelsea struggling to get out of their own half.
