Footage of Barcelona’s supporters making full use of the opportunity to poke fun at Sergio Ramos has come to the fore on Friday evening.
This, for those who missed it, comes after the veteran defender proved himself decisive for all the wrong reasons in Barca’s La Liga showdown with Sevilla.
The two sides went head-to-head a short time ago, with Xavi Hernandez’s hosts, unsurprisingly, having dominated when it came to possession and chances created alike.
And yet, with a full 75 minutes on the clock, Sevilla remained on course for a point, defending doggedly in the face of an at-times incessant Blaugrana onslaught.
Just when it looked as though proceedings were set to peter out into a draw, however, the aforementioned Ramos decided things.
After Lamine Yamal headed back across the face of goal, the Spanish veteran found himself in the wrong place at the wrong time, to deflect the ball into his own net:
Sergio Ramos own goal! 😱

As the action got back underway at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys, a chorus of ‘Ramos, Ramos, Ramos’ boomed across the stands.
