Chelsea will begin their first Women’s Super League campaign under new manager Sonia Bompastor at home to Aston Villa.
Bompastor was chosen to replace Emma Hayes this summer, who left West London after 12 years at the end of last season.
The Blues are gunning for their sixth consecutive WSL triumph over expected rivals Manchester City, who missed out on the title on goal difference last season.
City kick off the campaign with a blockbuster clash against Arsenal in a game which could see Vivianne Miedema make her City debut agianst the club she left over the summer.
Elsewhere, FA Cup holders Manchester United take on West Ham and Leicester travel to Liverpool.
Newly-promoted side Crystal Palace visit Tottenham as Brighton host Everton.
The opening weekend of the WSL takes place between 21-22 September, with specific dates and times announced in the coming weeks.
