Manchester United head coach Erik ten Hag has, on Saturday, provided an update on the availability of star man Cristiano Ronaldo.
The name of Portuguese icon Ronaldo has of course taken its place front and centre in the headlines on the red half of Manchester for several weeks now.
This comes owing to bombshell confirmation that CR7 had informed the powers that be at Old Trafford of his desire to move on ahead of the new campaign.
Ronaldo is understood to be altogether frustrated with the direction his beloved club are heading in, on the back of a debut season back in Manchester which saw the Red Devils fail to even mount a concerted challenge for a Premier League top-4 berth.

Speaking to the media on Saturday, it therefore came as little surprise when the subject of his attacking talisman’s future was put to none other than Erik ten Hag.
Manchester United are primed to play out the club’s final outing of what has proven a productive pre-season in less than 24 hours’ time.
As confirmed by the Portuguese’s manager, Ronaldo will be involved in at least some capacity when the Red Devils return to action on Sunday afternoon.
Having not featured in a competitive nature at club level since the close of the 2021/22 campaign, the 37-year-old is widely expected to be introduced off the bench against Rayo Vallecano.
