A change implemented at Manchester United by new manager Erik ten Hag is impacting at least two of their big stars.

Ten Hag was appointed Man United manager back in April and is facing a pretty huge task.

The Red Devils are coming off the back of a season which saw them notch their lowest-ever points total in Premier League history.

The Manchester outfit also have a depleted squad after a number of players saw their contracts expire in June.

They have since made a few new signings, but there is still clearly a lot of work to be done at Old Trafford.

One way Ten Hag is looking to implement change is through food.

Many players, including Cristiano Ronaldo and Luke Shaw, used to use their own personal cooks. However, these have now been banned under Erik ten Hag’s strict new rules imposed at Carrington.

Now, players can book club chefs to cook their food, before having them delivered to their homes.

A source told The Sun: “Some are young, live alone and are much more confident on the pitch than in the kitchen,” the source said.

“The facilities at Carrington are now more like a Michelin-starred restaurant as opposed to an old-fashioned canteen.

“There is even a steak room. The players need to stick to their diets so the chefs are happy to make meals and get them delivered to any player that wants them.”
