Manchester City icon Sergio Aguero has been left confused by his former club’s transfer business this summer, and has revealed that he found the sale of Raheem Sterling to Chelsea ‘strange’, when speaking on Twitch recently.

And the departures have left Aguero scratching his head as to the reasoning behind them, with the former star explaining that he found the sale of Sterling in particular peculiar.
“I don’t understand the sale of Sterling, there are times they (City) make strange decisions”, the club’s all-time leading goalscorer told viewers.

The departures of Sterling and Jesus have been offset by the arrivals of both Erling Haaland but also of Julian Alvarez, who has joined the club with high hopes of following in Aguero’s footsteps in Manchester.
