Quarterback rookie Bo Nix has an impressive debut for the Denver Broncos as they gear up for the new NFL season.
The 12th pick of the 2024 draft starred in a 34-30 win over the Indianapolis Colts, leading four scoring drives.
Two of the four were touchdowns, with the other two coming as field goals.
He linked well with wide receiver Marvin Mims and looks in good shape with just three weeks to go until the new campaign.
Speaking after the match, he said: It was a good day.
“I thought we ran the ball efficiently. Made some good plays in the pass game. Converted some third downs.

“Got points when we needed to; it was a good job going into half with points and coming out with points, felt like that was a good point in the game.
“Overall, thought we did a good job, huge team win.”
Nix completed 15 of his 21 attempted passes for 125 yards alongside 17 rushing yards.
He outperformed team-mate Jarrett Stidham who hit four from seven without any touchdowns.
The 24-year-old added: “It just felt like it was good to get out there and throw some completions, see a new defense and ultimately just get out there and compete.”
