Social media mogul and rookie boxer Jake Paul says his fight with sporting icon Mike Tyson will be “the biggest event in all of entertainment”.

A face-off between the pair was released at the start of fight week, with the 27-year-old predicting a “beautiful night” with “amazing fights on the undercard and amazing production”.

“This is going to be big,” said Tyson, who is 31 years Paul’s senior and was undisputed world heavyweight champion from 1987 to 1990, as well as briefly being a WBA and WBC titlist in 1996.

When is Tyson vs Paul?

Paul and former heavyweight champion Tyson will meet at the 80,000-capacity AT&T Stadium in Texas on November 15.

The officially-sanctioned bout of eight two-minute rounds had been scheduled at the venue for July 20 before Tyson withdrew at the end of May as the result of an ulcer.

What TV channel is Tyson vs Paul on?

The fight will be shown live on Netflix, which has also released a three-part build-up show, Countdown: Paul vs Tyson, to mark the occasion.

The first two episodes of the documentary premiered on November 7, with the third released on November 12.

In the US, a monthly Netflix subscription costs $6.99 for a standard rate with adverts, $15.49 without adverts or $22.99 for premium, which includes features such as Ultra HD and viewing on more devices.

There are three title fights on the undercard, including a much-anticipated rematch between Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano for the Irishwoman’s IBF, WBA, WBC and WBO super-lightweight titles.

Mario Barrios and Abel Ramos will also meet for Barrios’ WBC welterweight crown, while Shadasia Green and Melinda Watpool compete for the vacant women’s WBO super-middleweight belt.

What are the rules of the Tyson vs Paul fight?

Knockouts will be allowed in the fight, which is convenient given that both men have said they will end the contest with a stoppage.

The rounds will be a minute shorter than usual at two minutes long over an eight-round bout with 14oz gloves. Professional boxing uses 10oz gloves.
