Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love has returned to training and could line-up against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday, according to ESPN.
The 25-year-old looked to severely injure his knee in Week 1 against the Philadelphia Eagles but all signs suggest his time on the sidelines will be much shorter than originally anticipated.
Love missed the NFL win over the Indianapolis Colts last week and was replaced by Malik Willis, who helped his side to a 16-10 victory in his absence.
Even if Love does not return for the Titans clash, he has a high chance of playing against the Minnesota Vikings next week instead.
In training on Wednesday, the star QB wore a protective brace on his knee, as well as a sleeve that covered almost all of his leg.
There is a lot to ask of Love should he play on Sunday, as he will need to navigate the pocket and avoid any big hits against the Titans.

But the player himself is not ruling it out.
Speaking in his press conference, Love said: “The trainers are seeing everything I’m doing and they’re not gonna put me out there unless they feel confident that I can protect myself.
“But at the same time, that’s why it’s good to get some practice reps in and get that feel of what it’s like again.
“There’s just nothing like when it’s live bullets, you’re in the game and that rush is real.
“So there’s a lot of things I might not experience before I get back in the game.”
Either way, fans will be delighted to see Love back with the ball in his hands.
Fears of an ACL injury were at the forefront of everybody’s minds when watching replays of the hit, but now it looks like the Packers will only be without their QB for a maximum of two games.
