There were seven games in the spotlight during Sunday's early games

Week 12 of the NFL was full of drama, action and some shock results.

Thursday Night Football saw the Cleveland Browns stun the Pittsburgh Steelers, beating them 24-19.

And seven more games were featured in Sunday’s early slot, with four more to follow later on.

With teams looking to consolidate their play-off charge and others looking to make up ground, there were some close calls across the US.

Read on to see how the teams got on around the grounds.

Houston Texans 27-32 Tennessee Titans

The Titans picked up their third win of the season, shocking the Texans in their own stadium.

CJ Stroud threw for 247 yards but was also picked off twice, while Will Levis trumped the young quarterback, hitting 278 yards in Houston.

Chicago Bears 27-30 Minnesota Vikings

It took overtime to separate the Bears and Vikings, with the Vikings taking the win.

Parker Romo came to Minnesota’s rescue after the defense stopped Chicago on their OT drive, earning the Vikings their ninth win of the campaign.

Washington Commanders 26-34 Dallas Cowboys

The Commanders and Cowboys played out a thriller in Washington.

Jayden Daniels threw a last-gasp touchdown to tie the game in the dying seconds, only for the extra point to be missed.

And after giving the ball back to the visitors, the Cowboys returned it for a touchdown to rub salt in the wounds of the hosts.

Miami Dolphins 31-15 New England Patriots

Tua Tagovailoa led the Dolphins to their fifth win of the season at the Patriots’ expense.

His 317 yards and four touchdowns was enough to counter Drake Maye, who only managed 221 yards and one touchdown.

Carolina Panthers 27-30 Kansas City Chiefs

The Panthers gave the Chiefs a scare in Carolina, levelling the scoring at 27-27 with 1:46 left on the clock.

But a 35-yard rush from Patrick Mahomes put Kansas in field goal range and ultimately helped them move to 10-1 for the season.

New York Giants 7-30 Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Giants started life without Daniel Jones in the same way they had been with the quarterback in the side.

Tampa Bay cruised to victory, with Baker Mayfield completing 24 of his 30 passes and Mike Evans picking up 68 yards from five receptions on the day.

Indianapolis Colts 6-24 Detroit Lions

The Lions matched the Chiefs’ 10-1 record by beating the Colts in Indianapolis.

Jared Goff had nearly 100 more yards than Anthony Richardson, who did not manage to throw for a touchdown on home soil.
