The 49ers let a 13-point lead slip at the Levi’s Stadium as they slumped to their third defeat of the season against the Cardinals.
John Lynch’s side went in 23-10 at half-time but extraodinarily failed to add to that tally for the rest of the game with several mistakes allowing the Cardinals to rally for a dramatic win.
Kyler Murray fed Elijah Higgins for a touchdown before converting for two points in the closing stages, allowing Chad Ryland to secure the win with a late field goal.

Green Bay Packers 24-19 Los Angeles Rams
Jordan Love overcame the first pick-six of his career to lead the Green Bay Packers to a 24-19 comeback victory over the Los Angeles Rams.
Love rebounded in the second half, throwing two touchdown passes to Tucker Kraft as the Packers rallied from a 13-7 deficit.
The turning point came late in the second quarter when Jaylen McCollough intercepted an off-balance throw from Love and returned it four yards for a touchdown.
However, Green Bay (3-2) responded by scoring on its next three drives and capitalized on two key Rams turnovers, securing their ninth win in their last 10 regular-season matchups against Los Angeles (1-4).
Seattle Seahawks 20-29 New York Giants
Daniel Jones threw for 257 yards and two touchdowns and Bryce Ford-Wheaton returned a blocked field goal 60 yards for a late touchdown as the New York Giants stunned the Seattle Seahawks 29-20.
Despite missing two key offensive players, the Giants (2-3) executed a brilliant game plan, building a 23-13 lead by the middle of the fourth quarter. The game’s pivotal moment came in the final minute with Seattle attempting to force overtime.
Seahawks kicker Jason Myers lined up for a 47-yard field goal with just over a minute left, aiming to tie the game at 23-23. However, New York’s Isaiah Simmons leaped through the offensive line to block the kick, and Ford-Wheaton returned it for a touchdown, sealing the win for the Giants and silencing the Seattle faithful.
The dramatic finish came after Seattle appeared poised for a comeback. Quarterback Geno Smith had led a 95-yard drive, capped by a five-yard touchdown pass to Jaxon Smith-Njigba with just over two minutes left, but the rally ultimately fell short.

Las Vegas Raiders 18-34 Denver Broncos
Pat Surtain II delivered a game-changing performance with two interceptions, including a 100-yard pick-six, as the Denver Broncos powered past the injury-depleted Las Vegas Raiders 34-18.
Rookie quarterback Bo Nix had a breakout game, throwing two touchdown passes and running for another, helping Denver rally after falling behind 10-0 in the first quarter.
Nix, who had just one touchdown pass entering the game, completed passes to a franchise-record 11 different receivers, finishing 19 of 27 for 206 yards with no interceptions.
The Broncos (3-2) scored 34 unanswered points to secure their first victory over the Raiders (2-3) since December 2019.
First-year starter Riley Moss also intercepted Raiders quarterback Gardner Minshew, who completed 12 of 17 passes for 137 yards, one touchdown, and two interceptions before being replaced by Aidan O’Connell late in the third quarter.
Pittsburgh Steelers 17-20 Dallas Cowboys
A touchdown in the final minute saw Dallas Cowboys leave it late to beat the Pittsburgh Steelers in a delayed clash which started 90 minutes late due to adverse weather conditions.
A quiet first half saw just three field goals as the Cowboys went in 6-3 ahead before Connor Heyward caught a Justin Fields touchdown pass early in the third quarter to put the Steelers ahead.
Dallas trailed 17-13 after the two teams had swapped touchdowns in the final quarter, but Dak Prescott found Jelen Tolbert from four yards to snatch victory at the death.
