La Galaxy are reportedly closing in on the sensational free signing of Marco Reus.
Fabrizio Romano has revealed the Germany international is set to head to Major League Soccer after ending a 12-year spell with Borussia Dortmund this summer.
Capped 48 times at international level, Reus made 429 appearances for the Black and Yellow, scoring 170 goals and providing 131 assists.
Reus helped Dortmund reach the Champions League final in his last season before they lost 2-1 to Real Madrid at Wembley.

The 35-year-old has spent his entire career in Germany to this point, starting out at Rot Weiss Ahlen before spending three years with Borussia Monchengladbach prior to his switch to Dortmund.
He is set to become the the latest notable European star to represent Galaxy, following the likes of David Beckham, Robbie Keane, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Steven Gerrard.
They are currently third in the Eastern Conference, level on points with leaders LAFC and Real Salt Lake after 24 games played.
