Best Sorare Ligue 1 players – Gameweek 407

Sorare sign-up offer – Compete for Epic Rewards

Ligue 1 returns to action this weekend after the international break brought an abrupt halt to the league after just four matches, with Monaco topping the table two points clear of PSG and Marseille.

Lyon have been the story of the season so far, with Laurent Blanc losing his job after a disastrous start to the campaign which has seen them pick up just one point from their four matches, while Lens have also struggled with only one draw to their name and sitting in the bottom two.

101 Great Goals has looked at the data to see which players you should consider picking for the week ahead in your Sorare Ligue 1 team, analysing the most in-form players judging by their last five average scores and looked at who each player is to come up against in the next gameweek to suggest who you should pick in your side.

Goalkeeper

Yvon Mvogo – vs Monaco (h)

Mvogo was not a first choice starter for Lorient last season, but the signs have been much better for him this campaign having started in each of their league matches so far. There was a clean sheet against PSG in there which earned him an impressive score of 75, followed up by a 63 against Nice and 60 against Lille, but that dropped with a disappointing 18 in the defeat to Le Havre before making his fourth appearance for Switzerland and scoring another 65.

Defender

Wilfried Singo – Lorient (a)

Singo has simply hit the ground running for Monaco since his summer move from Torino, and is one of the key reasons for their rapid rise to the top of the Ligue 1 championship. In his three Sorare matches to date he has scored 100, 61 and 84 – including a goal in the 3-0 win over Lens to earn an L5 of 63 which is some way above his L15 average of 46. It remains to be seen whether he can keep it up but it is some start from the centre-back to his Monaco career.

Midfielder

Teddy Teuma – Brest (h)

Reims have started the season in great form, winning two of their four games and drawing one of the others to sit fourth in the table at this early stage, with Teuma a huge reason for that thanks to his attacking creativity. The Malta international has hit the ground running in his first season in France, scoring three goals and adding two assists in two starts so far, and even earned scores of 100, 99 and 45 along the way. He may not be able to keep up this run of form, but if he does then he will be a valuable asset.

Forward

Zakaria Aboukhlal – Marseilla (a)
